Hello, I’m Kris
Your wedding photojournalist.
My career spans over 25 years. While my first professional assignments were with a local newspaper, my love for photography started much earlier. I was 16 when my father handed me a camera at my grandmother’s funeral, asking me to document our family who had gathered—preserving both the beautifully mundane and the monumental moments as we celebrated someone we loved in the wake of a life well-lived.
That was the first time I truly understood this: the best images aren’t staged—they’re honest. My approach is simple: I’ll put you in the good light, and then let you live. No forced poses, no awkward directions—just real moments, documented with intention. The quiet exchanges, the big celebrations, and everything in between—I’m there for all of it, making sure what matters most is seen, framed, and preserved.
